The Photographic Day

How much was the F2AS?

You have to watch the LED's for flicker.

My favorite SLR is a Black F2AS with 55mm F1.2. Second is a chrome F2Sb.

If I recall, it was in the $225-275 range. Not a bad price considering it came with a non-AI Nikkor 50mm f/1.4. Anything is out of my price range at this point, however. 🙁

That's one of the finest short stories I've read in a while. Are you really Carver in disguise?

I don't know this Carver, but if my drunken rantings are actually good writing, I'd better stock up - I may be the reincarnation of Bukowski. Great, that's all I need - goodbye, liver, I need to do some more writing...

Bill---just remember that if you remain a drunk--you don't have to attend meetings...🙂

Without question, the most enjoyable post to read in some time. My wife even poked her head out of her book to stare at me as I laughed. Great stuff. I'd post when fully loaded but my spelling is bad enough sober... Thanks Bill.

Well, you're welcome. Still not sure what was so good about the drunken mumblings of an idiot, but ok then. By the way, I lived in Sturtevant & Kenosha for six years back in the early-mid nineties. You're in a good part of the country. Have a kringle and a brat for me. Well, not at the same time.

Best Regards,
