BTW, not all dates have been announced, but I do know they're playing Vancouver, St. Louis in July, and two nights at MSG.
I carry an $8.00 ticket stub from a Ramones show in my wallet that reminds me of how things once were when I see today's concert prices.

Actually, that would remind me of two things -- how much more sanitized the music has become AND how much more we have to pay for it.mwooten said:I carry an $8.00 ticket stub from a Ramones show in my wallet that reminds me of how things once were when I see today's concert prices.
It's like that bad trend in "health care" -- quality is going down while prices are going up.

Things are different today. If I were a Sting or Bono, I would do the tour in smaller venues, which would be the only way I would consider paying $225 for a ticket. On the other hand, those of us who don't fork over that kind of money for tickets can probably find pirated video of the concert two hours after the show...not that I would look at it, of course!

Yep, thats the one.
I can't wait for the 'other' wiggles bands to start, like the Spanish language band.
I have a need to hear
Heiss Kartoffel
Chaud Pomme
Caldo Potate

And Laurie Berkner is actually Siouxsie Sioux!
(Come on punk rock dads!
In college I saw the Soul Cages tour...a spur of the moment thing my gf wanted to do. I quite enjoyed it. His live arrangements are good, nice unexpected key changes.
