It was just about 6 months ago that I replied to Richard's first inquiry about the willingness of members to collaborate in the publishing of a book. I think I said something like "What else am I going to do with that 15 minutes, might as well invest it in fame." Well, we may not get famous, but we have published a book of our work.

The book can be purchased directly from lulu, the price is $21.33 plus shipping. You will recall that we made the decision to not earn any profit from the sale of this book. The price represents the printing cost plus the premium lulu charges for their service.
