Ok, be honest - who has put a new roll of film in a camera and shot a few frames just to forestall selling it "until the roll is done"? I find this works best with 36 exposures. :)

Dante, how does "Shehrezade" effect apply here?
I know of Shehrezade and Shehreyar ...
 
Also best done with an expensive roll of film, reducing the temptation to just 'finish off' the roll. Mine all seem to have a permanent stay of execution so they can just tell it how it is, fast or slow, expired or discount film.
 
No fancy "effects" in this house. In my case it is usually just forgetting I put a roll of film in the camera. Old age is a b...
 
And if that roll is also the first roll you’ve put through the camera, you can’t very well sell a camera without being “film tested” now can you!
 
I’ll be looking at my cameras and see one I haven’t used in a while and think “maybe I should sell it.” But then I pick it up and my thinking changes to “maybe I should shoot it.”
Time to mix some more D-76.

Don't forget that eventually he came to value her and renounced his intention to do away with her. That could happen with a camera, too: a good reason to take your time finishing the roll!
 
my excuse is not having gotten around to making a youtube review of the camera. i don’t even have a youtube channel. :rolleyes:
 
Tried to sell a camera recently but had no takers so I loaded it up and went out. Put two rolls through it that day, and will be keeping it.
