the simple pleasures...

after a week of being in a deep freeze the temp finally broke (only -17c/no wind chill) and i was able to get outside for a walk with my camera.

walking with the my bare hand wrapped around the x-e1 was pure joy, the simplest of pleasures...being able to just 'take a picture'...

it's good to appreciate the simple joys of life...

Must have been a real relief - I bet you were going stir crazy with those Fujis looking temptingly at you while you waited for the weather to break. Here's hoping that from here on in the worst of the weather has passed for you.
