I rather think the Mercury´s cool. In fact I like it. My ugliest camera i the Genos. I haven´t even bothered to take a picture of it. You´ll find a pic here: Genos Rapid images on Google

My parents took a lot of photos of me and my sisters with this camera back in the day. Probably the reason why they no longer like taking photographs! 🙂

I remember seeing it a couple of years ago in the cupboard but recently I haven't been able to find it again. Would have been a pretty fun camera to play with.

some of these cameras are just plain ugly while others are ugly yet interesting so in a way their ugliness makes them more attractive if that makes any sense.

I know a wedding photographer in Sweden. Petra Hall. Her fiance had a bit of an "oops" on the highway one day.. his car (a convertible MG) spontaneously burst into flames. He and his passenger were safe.. his Canon 7D.. well.. it got ugly.. :
