A new contender:
Although, I do think the bubble level inset into the wind knob is a pretty cool idea...

The Wirgin Edinex is pretty odd: http://camerapedia.wikia.com/wiki/Edinex
But in an almost charming, whimsical way.
Pretty though, it certainly isn't.

The photos in the article do not do it justice. You have to see it in real life to appreciate how superbly deformed this thing is. I wish they had a top view.
The original Contaflex, the TLR, is also rather hideous.

For some reason, some people think the Contax I is ugly.. (Though, I personally think it's beautiful. And one of my favorite cameras to shoot with) another fellow RFFer compared it to an Argus...

One from my own collection: Apple Quicktake 100. Introduced in 1994 and thus one of the earlier digital cameras. It has 1 MB of internal memory, which holds 8 pictures in 640x480 and 30 in 320x240!
You're looking at the top half with the shutter button. You slide the panel on the front to the right, thus exposing the lens and turning on the camera. There is a flash. On the back you'll find the viewfinder and a small LCD panel with the photo size and numbering. No way to view your picture though. Runs on an inconvenient three AA batteries. On the up side: you *can* connect it to your PC or windows computer and shoot it by controlling it from the PC. Later models could even be used as early webcams.
