EVERY Leica fan MUST have their own M10 .. its that good.

No M10 can NOT be sold without the M10's digital visoflex ... the options that visoflex adds are HUGE.

EVERY M10 owner MUST also own and use a film Leica in order to fully appreciate the past and future of Leica photography.

No Leica M can leave the factory without the wonderful engraved Leica Script on the top plate.
That means repaired Leicas without the Leica script would get new engraved Leica script top plates as a public service to all personkind.

That stupid ugly Red Dot must be replaced by the better looking Black Dot.

Leica reviewers who are bad photographers MUST be totally ignored regardless of their technical excellence.
If all their smarts did not help their photography, what good are they?

EDIT:

The M10-P took care of my M10 gripes nicely, and even added a marvelously quiet shutter - quieter than even the M film shutter!!

I bought my M-A in black because it does not have any markings - including the Leica Script. (The chrome version has all sorts of gaudy filigree.)
This way people say 'hey, instead of buying that Fuji you coulda had a Leica'...

A friend now shooting a major story in M.E. and I have often discussed a "digital: Leica.
The final judgement is a NO!
Too soon obsolete, lack of reasonable service and adjustments in timely manner.
We both love our film Leica, which is a money maker in his case.
I am retired so no needless expenses and all too soon obsolete.

And Leica must replace the undersized 50mm framelines on all cameras that have them, with properly sized ones. And no Leica shall leave the factory with framelines sized for the minimum distance of 0.7M. All framelines shall be sized for the 2M distance, as they were on the M8.2. Photographers wishing to photograph at 0.7M should get an SLR (which should be provided, upon request, with every rangefinder sold).

Leica sold with a red dot must be sold at a 90% discount, to compensate the buyer for the advertising value of the dot.

All expenses for the above to be absorbed by Donald Trump.

Those of us who are true devotees and have the secret Leitz tatoo get to shop in the special Leica store, where they offer two year home try outs and 90% discounts on purchases.
