Thin 39mm filter ?

was going trough my camerabag(s) today, always a nice thing to do when you wonder where did my money go . . 😉 , anyway, after packing the leica stuff in its own bag mounting the Elmar (2nd ed) on the camera i realised the 39mm hoya filter has to thick or high rings, i want something that does not build more that necessary.

which brand has the thinnest filters in 39mm ?

Vha,

Try B+W. They have a line of ultra-thin filters. Be prepared to spend a few bucks, however.

Thanks for the tip, but as far as i could see from their web page the filter sizes started at 49mm 🙂
