Put in somewhat of a playbid and won the following on eBay:

- Zeiss Ikon Contessa w/ Tessar 45/2.8 lens
- Leather case
- Original black and chrome metal tripod
- Zeiss Ikon leather strap as new
- Cable release
- Three original filters
- Original external flash with bulbs
- Two metal lens hoods
- Handheld BerRam lightmeter


It all looks like it's in really nice condition:

You sure did get a lot for that $62. :)

Antediluvian ergonomics, excellent glass and build, but what a price! Take it to the local botanical garden loaded with color positive film and you'll see what I mean by excellent glass.
 
I thought my $49 Contax II was a deal, but you beat me at it.

Congratulations! That looks like a great deal.

This last week I was second highest bidder on a Russar, an Orion 15 in Contax mount and a Contax IIa. All things considered, that wasn't a bad deal either ;)

Hi Rich--really nice outfit! Without giving away any secrets, where on the big e do you search for such items? Searching for "cameras" is way too broad. Any tips appreciated---thanks!

That's a great deal!!! I recently bought a similar kit - Contessa with leather case in original box, flash in original box, the same tripod in leather case, 8 original filters, and 4 original close-up lenses - but I paid $108. Still a good deal, but not as good as yours. Enjoy the camera. I love the Contessa.

Paul, no 'tricks' or anything...just searched for a Contessa and put a - what I though - low bid in on it..and ended up winning it :)
 
Rich---thanks for the note! I actually went to the big e last nite and looked at all categories for cameras---must be a zillion. Lots of stuff for sale and thanks for the search tip!
