Saw that too and immediately came to the same conclusion. 2 previous ratings, while claiming "151 sold" is pretty much a give away.

How did the seller get the sale count of 151? Can they make it all up by themselves?

In addition to which, the two ratings were from buyers with similarly low ratings (just four, and two). Looks dodgy.

First commandment of photography.....Thou shalt not buy into any offers that are too good to be true.
It's a real film that is sold in Japan.
Here's some samples. I sent the seller a message asking if the price is for 1 roll or for 10.

There are so many scams in this world. I was actually scammed twice on Amazon but they made good. IMHO the internet is more like Vegas.

Could the seller have sold some film from a shop/market stall and be counting that in the '151 sold'?
Having looked at the photos in the link Steve M. gave, I can say that either the photographer isn't too great at focusing, the lens isn't focusing correctly, the scanning isn't too good or the film isn't sharp.

I never heard back from the seller on my query about the film. So much for that.

With the cost of film these days $15 seems like a good gamble, no? Probably what some film shooters spend on mustache wax or a couple cups of caffeinated barista concoctions.
Not sure if Fuji has any plants in Shenzhen, but it would not be unthinkable since half the world's product seem to come from that area. maybe this is stuff that "fell off the truck"? The reviews/order ratio might be low because it can take almost 2 months to receive the goods.
I think the scam is less likely about the items not existing and not being shipped as much as the items having been stored inappropriately or maybe even be manufacturing rejects. If I were a 100-speed shooter I'd blow $15 on the off chance that it's fresh film. ...and if it weren't maybe it'll be time to give the Leica a rest and pick up a Holga for a few weeks!

Those where my thoughts too, but there are a few film related scams lately. My guess is that they are creating bogus accounts and put those cheap film lots, from 3-9 dlls. They sell and collect as much as they can before ebay cancel their accounts for suspicious behavior. And because shipping time is about 2 months, by that time they collected and the only one losing money would be ebay, because by that time the seller account is long gone.
Before, there where used to be selling Shangai GP3, like 20 for $9.00.
I bought one of those, waited like 2 months and got my money back from paypal/ebay.
Often, if it is too good to be true then it is.
On the other hand, if you got the spare cash, well it may turn out to be true 🙂

Well, that ain't always an indication of anything. I've sent plenty of messages to proper ebay sellers and got no reply.
Sometimes you can get plenty of replies from sellers that are dodgy. The first Ricoh 500GX I bought on ebay had an RF that needed adjustment and as it would cost too much I tried to get a refund- the seller refused on the grounds that he said it 'would be good for a collection' in the listing. There's more to that story but I won't bore you with it.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience on RFF (it has happened to me here more than on eBay for what that is worth), but in this particular case I would think it IS relevant. It's very evident there's a problem because it is one questionable thing after another. Only 2 feedbacks despite over 150 sales, the film is marked at an unbelievably low price, and no replies to a message through eBay messaging? It has been my experience with over 20 years as an eBay buyer and seller, and with over 3,000 transactions (all positive) that a legitimate seller always replies to their messages, and no reply means no buy. Period.
I am always ready to be proved wrong though. Why don't you buy from him and tell us how it works out?
