Stainton, yep it's Rievaux and the Multiexposure Thread photo is Stockton High Street in about '59.

We're based in Harrogate, but were up at Rievaux Terrace a couple of weeks ago. Very nice wheel - makes me long for the days when I had a thin wheeled bike...
