Got to give my newly-acquired Bessa T a workout alongside my R-D1 this morning. Very surprised to find I used the T more! There is something very satisfying about winding film on, and I quickly got used to swapping between the cameras and all that entailed. I think I only chimped the T once 😱
That camera is also fabulous to use with the VC 12mm, the difference between it full-frame and cropped is quite noticeable, and the 12mm finder is just so wonderfully bright compared to the turret finder I use normally. Also great fun to use the VC 40mm on it as well, I know that lens is popular with Epson users (and probably will be with the M8 crowd due its close approximation to a 50mm fov on that camera) but actually being able to use it as a 40 was a revelation. I have a feeling that its going to be on the T most of its life now, will have to get the aux finder for it.
Film I was shooting was the Rollei Pan 25, just off to get that developed. I got a few good shots out of the R-D1 but I've got that night before christmas feeling waiting for the film to get developed 😀
