This site appears to have been off line several times this week and last

Dumped off again, with a message I've never seen before:

"1.You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again."

I got this in the middle of a sentence I was typing ..


Edit/update:
My ISP is Comcast. I don't know if this is involved.. but my service area is effected.

Likely a west coast thing. Maybe associated with MAE WEST or the SF fiber hub ?
