The owner of this junk truck seems pretty worried that someone might steal it. The sign on the home-made camper in the bed says "This vehicle protected by Smith & Wesson," and there are stickers on other parts of the truck that say "You toucha my truck, I breaka U face."

The truck sits in front of an abandoned restaurant on old Route 66 in Tucamcari, New Mexico.

Another ignorant delusional violent prone American roaming the American highways. Avoid him.

See, it worked!

One man's junk may well be another man's treasure.

And playing on the fears of someone who may know a lot less than they think can be a lot cheaper than investing in armor and big locks.

It's funny I just saw a post on a wrist watch forum titled "My watches are fully insured and protected by Smith & Wesson" and that was moderated because the forum prohibits any weapon photos. 😛 Because the post was edited, I didn't see what S&W was protecting his Sinn watches.

Live long and prosper

Live long and prosper

Very good photograph, Chris.

On my upcoming (business) trip to the USA I'll try not to touch anything. I'm afraid someone will shoot me.

Wow! You have come to the correct conclusion. No touchy=" live long and prosper" here with apology's to Mr.Spock😎
