Three weeks in NYC

Thank you sir!

We are defo doing more shows in the UK... Will keep you posted! Hope all ace...

I've just enjoyed watching your city stories trailer and hope you're coming back to the UK with some further dates, sadly heading over to NY to watch it probably isn't going to happen, as I hadn't come across it previously. It sounds like there are some wonderfully enchanting tales just from the snippets on the website.

Very best of luck with it James and enjoy the run in NY.

For commercial galleries, check out Throckmorton and Bonni Benrubi, both on E 57th IIRC. Definitely recommend the photo department at The Strand- it's huge, and always has some wonderful books on display. I walk out of that store 25 lb heavier every time. The Metropolitan Museum of Art has an excellent photo collection, especially if you are interested in seeing early photography (19th and early 20th century work). MoMA is better at post-war 20th century stuff. B&H and Adorama are both good places to shop for gear, used or new. As mentioned before, B&H is a cultural experience not to be missed. The Leica store is, well, a store for Leicas. But they also have a gallery that usually has some outstanding work on display. Check their website to determine exact location and hours of operation as I'm not certain the gallery is immediately adjacent to the store.

Went to B&H this afternoon...
To steal an Americanism: "it's a mob scene". Never seen a photo shop like it! They sell everything under the living sun!
Bought 4 rolls of Tri-X and retreated, to regroup.

Kinda overwelming, but interesting.

I actually have mined some great used gear at B&H over the years.
