Three year old exposed 120 film found in box. Best development?

I found a few rolls of Ilford Delta 400 exposed a little over three years ago. It was stored in a dark closet in my living room where temperatures are average (68-72). What would be the best method of development for this film? I can use either fresh D-76 or some XTOL I had in storage (the XTOL expired 03-2009). Any suggestions?

Develop one absolutely normal and see what it looks like. Probably just fine. If fog is present, shorten development time and print harder.
