I recently watched British show "Syndicate", season 2. There is that gardener in the mansion featured in the show, who's an amateur photographer. He's shown repeatedly taking a photograph of other character with his index finger covering the lens. Good luck...

Don't they usually have people who are supposed to look for such things? I know they are supposed to have people who try to ensure continuity between scenes.

I've seen on fashion magazines that models pressing rewind knob/crank on rangefinder cameras as it's a shutter release button.
