Tilt and shift

I wonder if it would be possible (if you look at the width of something like the OM adaptor, for example), to build a lens adaptor with built in tilt/shift function. Stick any lens on the other side - and you've made it a tilt/shift lens!

Isn't there a selective focus plug-in for Photoshop? I always felt there that nearly everything could be duplicated by software.

Sure--you can seletively blur anything, and the perspective control in Photoshop is pretty good. But neither looks quite right--and it's fun to fool around with all the little doohickeys on a t/s lens.
