Hi
This is the first time I have done quite a bit of PS with Adobe Photoshop Elements trying to emulate an old B&W photo with blackened corners.
Need your critique on the burning, dodging, smudging, adding noise speckles etc. Does the photo seem overdone?
Your constructive comments would go a long way to help me in my PS skills. They are largely self-taught with a lot of experimenting. It's here because it's shot with the Epson Digital RF with the CV 15mm f4.5.
It's my first time.
Thanks.

they look a tad uneven to me, the vignetting effect looks a bit too drastic.
a MUCH simpler trick is to use the curves function and simply pull it to the right to add a vignetting effect.

Thanks.
Finally installed my Adobe Photoshop CS2 so that I can use the curves and photofilter.
First sttempt was using the constraints of PS Elements.
Boy! CS2 is much better than Elements 2.0:bang:
Thanks
