I just did my first roll of Ilford 3200 in Ilfosol S. It don't look too bad. Now i'm going to try some TMax at 1600 and can't find anything at that speed in charts and also it seems that my developer might not be the best for high speed film. Would i get better results from a different developer made more for high speed? I'm kind of a noobie developer.

Tmax Developer and Xtol are the best. Tmax developer was actually designed for this film and delivers nice tonality, good shadow detail at 1600 and 3200, and decent grain. Xtol has finer grain but I prefer the tonality from Tmax Developer.

For 1600, develop in Tmax Developer diluted 1+4 for 8 minutes at 75 degrees (24 celsius).
