Hello. Never actually shoot so expired film, but i can get some pro/5 pack for cheap and would like to ask if anyone have tried it ? The seller hasn't test them so the risk is on me, but could i get usable images ? I guess it would be 100 asa now, but how do you develop it etc. Thks

Should be quite useful. I guess the best way is to use one roll for tests. Shoot some frames at different iso, develop with diluted developer, low temp.

If it was not subjected to heat, it might do very well. I had lots of 9x12 sheets of (cold stored) Tmax 100 left over from a past job - by the last sheets they were eleven years expired, and there was only are tiny difference in sensitivity and base fog across the entire time, in spite of sticking to box speed throughout.
YMMV - 400 might age a bit worse, yours is almost twice the age, and unknown storage conditions might have killed it. Under these circumstances I would not buy a entire crate blindly - but if you can try a box first, do so, there is a fair chance that still does better than the bottom range cheap films on the market...

I will no longer buy cheap outdated film..
I will not work passionately on a shot, to be a waste of time..
I can be cheap BUT not with film.
If it is really cheap/inexpensive try a roll or two.
Have prints made!
