I'd say T-max, you know how I feel about Diafine

I've used both TMax developer and more recently Adox ATM 49 (the old Agfa Atomal formula). I was quite pleased with both.

Haven;t used TMZ but once.... my experience is with Delta3200 which should be somewaht similar.
From the ones you have listed the TMAX woul dbe the best choice to obtain full shadow detail and decent grain/tonality balance.
Diafine should give you 1000-1250 or so. Don;t know about grain in that one.
If you are going to use Rodinal adding some sodium ascorbate (Vitamin C+baking soda until fizzzing subsides) to 1+50 will probably give you decent results with lotsa grain!
