Tocad?

I have emailed and called and got responses. I had a great experience having my RTS 3 repaired and serviced. I feel they charged a very reasonable amount and it came back faster than expected considering it was sent to Japan for the repair. Happy customer for sure. Good luck.
 
Tocad seems to just be slow. I left a voice mail and it took them 2 days to return the call. All I wanted was a replacement rubber eyepiece for my G2 as I am selling it. It took them 2 weeks to deposit my $23 check and then another week to ship it.
 
call and ask for Sally. my "new" Contax 645 is in for repair and she has been very responsive via phone and email. i suspect they were shut down for the holidays.
