Wow, a free camera and lenses. Pretty good going no matter what the condition. I've had luck like that, and I was really grateful even when the stuff wasn't exactly as I expected.
I'm trying not to comment on your lack of grammar and punctuation, but it's very difficult.
Haze must be carefully removed by disassembly of the lens.

The early leitz lenses
do fog
have soft glass
not very hard outer coatings
and 'soft' inner coating
Cleaning a Summitar (internally) is real difficult, even if you can get it apart and back together again undamaged, the cleaning of the soft inner does not involve a wipe with a new microfibre cloth! - Instant removal of soft coating!
Pro repair needed - recommended.
Dont clean the external optics again you have a collectors piece, instead buy a uV or yellow filter, they are rare specials, e-bay scan time...
Elmar would need recoating strip lens and send front element to Ru...
The Summitar is usable today, but a hood is kinda necessary, a push on one from oldy worldy camera shop will work the pukka leitz one is a 'barn door' in size and construction... If you drop the camera the hood will be might be a write off not the lens, the lens might survive.
Burn film - in your camera, scan photgraphs, post.
P.S. Try the Elmar with a hood it may be ok. Ignore jealous people...

Congrats on the IIIf and lenses! I wouldn't worry too much about the ugly front element on the Elmar, wait until you've made your tests. I have a really crappy Elmar and the pictures turn out fine (mostly...).
And I have to agree with Ash, your posts would be more readable if you made a little effort regarding the punctuation. You really don't need an education to finish a sentence with a full stop/period, do you?

so yeah i havent processed the roll from the IIIf yet but i was using the lenses on my c/v r3a with my screw adapter and the 90 has that classic old glowy feel its not sharp in any way its just tooo beat and there seems to be a focusing issue with it too (about 10 ft off ) lol and the collapseable summarit is soft but pretty after i get it cleaned im sure i will be happy with this lens anyone know where i can get my hands on detailed instructions to getting into the elements and actually cleaning them the front comes off but its between the first few and it dosent seem to come apart that way

See
http://www.araxfoto.com/lenses/info/
for recoating service.
Note
- I'm told you cannot clean the soft coating other than chemically...
- some people have dismantled the leitz collapsibles and sent the bits off to be reassembled...
Noel
P.S. I dont have trouble with your text and I'm pretty dyslexic.

Get used to the way he writes.
Get used to the way he writes.
It's the way many of our children are writing these day's. Partly because they did not care to learn while they were in school and partly because of the internet. There are many e-mail message providers on which every one writes very much like him.
Their rules are something like this list:
No Caps
No periods
Very few commas
Spelling correctly is a waste of time, instead think up abbreviations and if you can read english wrtten in this method then you are considered smart.
Shorten words as much as you can. Example: u 2 can rd ths! "You too can read this".
If you are young and you don't write like this on the internet then you are considered like someone we thought of as a square.

Noel, you are in the minority. I found it a pain to try and decifer; so I just gave up. Learning to write involves following the basic notions of composition. People don't like to waste much of their time guessing at text.Xmas said:Noel

I have to use a different reading strategy so lots of non conventional 'artifice' does not annoy me, I cannot see it. My writing may annoy others at times because the rules are so difficult for me to follow.
I read by histogramming word frequency...
