I somewhat regretted selling my Yashica's P&S. I had a few - T4 and two T5. I bought them cheap so easy come easy go.... Anyway, today I found the replacement. T3 - 5 EUR on the local flea market. I also bought Canon Top Shot (also 5 EUR) - this is Sure Shot Supreme European version. I did not plan to buy Canon, but it was with quite fresh battery - same as I needed for Yashica, and the new battery is almost 10 EUR, so.... Both cameras seem to be in good working order, testing with the film now...

Nice finds...I once bought three "As is" Pentax IQZoom 60 Date cameras and was able to get one working from all three...the battery cost more that the three cameras...I don't use it now because it needs a battery...
I have a Yashica T* AF and it takes regular AA batteries...it gets used sometimes..

I bought a Sure Shot Supreme at a boot sale in the UK last year and it saved me having to shoot my whole trip with a Rollei TLR. I was in England, France and Spain for six weeks and it rained every day I was there. Not good for TLR WL shooting! The Canon was a godsend at two pounds! Did yours come with the very cool belt pouch?
