But that is not Tokyo...
(Ah, sorry, I just saw, it says "Tokyo OR Japan", not "Tokyo, Japan" - My apologies. I just was so happy to find something dedicated to Tokyo.) Anyway, I haven't seen all of Japan, yet, so I like to see them all.
When I saw the Kamakura Buddah's photo (post #5) , I say; "This is not in Tokyo", so I double check op's words, sure enough, it's 'or Japan'...
You can start a 'Tokyo Do Only'/ 東京都 限定 W/NW if you want to...

日本 全部は 大丈夫です!
I didn't even notice, that the Kamakura-Buddha is not Tokyo, I made a day trip from Tokyo there a few times, so it somehow is also Tokyo for me. Same for Fujisan, just go up the metropolitan building (東京都庁舎) and one can see it on a clear day (or enter a bus and drive there), so I may have a pretty wide view, of what is Tokyo anyway...
I have to dig some Tokyo pictures up from my HDs. Will post some of them.

Here is one from me, shot a couple of years ago when the anti-nuke crowds used to attract large numbers. Nowadays, not so. This was shot with film, though I don't remember the technical details.

And another during the Koenji Awaodori.

While I shoot mostly with film, I do enjoy shooting with my X100s. I have a few shots in my tumblr, http://pissalley.tumblr.com.

Wow what a response on this thread and so many great shots! Thanks for sharing all.
Yes, let's try to plan something in February! I have been so busy with travel and visitors over last few months it has been impossible, but its looking better now!
Good idea for a thread. And we should have another RFF meetup soon!

My public sleeping shots in Japan. Pretty safe place to be drunk and pass out to sleep it off!

Hah, I think I recognize her. I was going to post saying that I have seen her sister in Osaka, but then I noticed that this photo is from Osaka and it is perhaps the same girl. I need to check if I have a photo of her, too!
