Top photographers using Hexar? show me

Solomons seems like he could use a lot of editing, based on his Flickr feed.

For any given project, how many shots did Winogrand (the patron saint of the HCSP types) take relative to how many were made public (via exhibition or book)? Hundreds to one, if not more. There's no shame to not finding a 'keeper' or three on every roll.

Probably does, but in his blog (linked above somewhere) he specifically states his use of the Hexar AF for a series of street shots.

I prefer the H-RF to the H-AF because I like to zone focus, since AF will miss the subject when it's not centered and focus instead on the background. One can set the focus distance manually on the H-AF but there is no DOF scale to go by on the lens. With the H-RF, one adds the ability to use different focal lengths.

I've bought and sold the H-AF several times, not so with my H-RF.

The AF has infinity focus lock. While the camera is on, press the "mf" button. Voila.

Leibowitz sure is top-billing, but is she a Bruce Gilden street photographer?

Yes it's possible, for instance, if Bruce Gilden becomes more famous and Leibowitz decides to take a photo of him while he's on the street, and she uses her Hexar, then it might satisfy your delightful semantic requirements.

And +1 to that. He sets it on f2 and shoots. That's the great thing about the Hexar. It's like having auto ISO with the one ISO.

You can find in some books about Araki praising the Hexar.

He also uses several dozens of other cameras, though.
