BW Effects 2, Clarity, and DeNoise. I find their software excellent. Very supportive company with online tutorials, etc. There is a small learning curve with each.

I use their black and white conversion software. It is very, very good, and inexpensive compared to most.

BW version made in Topaz BW converter

Another 5DmkII shot run through Topaz. I don't have the color version online but I think this BW version is gorgeous.
