Topcon Super D rewind problem

Hello all
My beautiful Super D has but one problem. I can't load it because the rewind knob/shaft only rotates, one part comes out slightly (it is clearly composed of an outer and inner shaft), but the pronged shaft cannot be withdrawn at all. I would like, if possible, to fix it myself. Any guidance?

you should be able to push up on the pronged shaft from the inside when the camera back is opened just in case it is stuck, do not force it if it will not budge.

Topcon Super D rewind problem

The rewind shaft rotates freely, but cannot be pulled out. As a result, i cannot load the Super D. I have pushed it tried slowly withdrawing the knob, but no matter what i do the shaft remains in place. Suggestions?
