Cool.
We'll meet at McDonalds (192A Bloor Street West; we can meet inside the doors) - You can get off at St. George or Museum Station) at 11:45pm. The parade is set to start at 12pm.
Here is a link for details on the Parade:

I figure when we get thirsty,(or hungry) we can continue the irish spirit and head to a pub. Maybe the Irish Embassy or something?
Again, you can pm me for my cell#.

Shelly, can you come up with a location (pub) where I can meet up with you guys around 2pm? Figure out where you're walking to from your beginning point. I can meet you there then. Gene too probably. And maybe Dave and his girl can make it since it's different than walking around taking pictures.
Just name the spot.

Can I suggest Last Temptation in Kensington market if that is close to where the group might be?

While the parade doesn't sound overly enticing, the pub meet after sounds worth venturing into town for.

Excellent Peter. Can you suggest a spot where at least you, Gene, and I will meet, and hope that the walking group can join us?

First, here's a corrected URL for the parade route: http://www.topatrick.com/parade_route.html
The parade ends at Queen & University, right where Dave works
Nearby pubs include The Rexx, and a little farther to the west, Friar & Firkin (Queen & John), and The Black Bull.
Or, you can backtrack east toward Yonge Street and catch The Duke of Richmond.
Any of these appeal?

You pick, Gene. Peter and I will meet you there. Hopefully the others will come too.

Sounds like a plan to me.

Sounds like a good time all around. Wish I was going to be in town to join in on the fun. Please share some shots afterwards so the rest of us can live vicariously.

Shelley-Ann... Just to clarify... The "main" group (so to speak) still meets at McD opposite Varsity Stadium at 11:45 am... Correct??
Maybe it's my ancient iBook, but I can't load the route map.

Duke of Richmond - Queen and Yonge, correct?
Yes. North side of Queen, just west of Young.
