Touching up black leather

I have a couple of older rf cameras that have slightly faded/worn leather.

What is a good leather dye to use that won't stain your hands while using the camera??😱

I've used permanent marker for touch-ups with decent results.

I'd think a leather dye for the whole-hog approach.

Worked quite well on an old 4X5... buff after drying.
