A couple of static displays captured in the Imperial War Museum London

The trench warfare exhibit is full sized and with 'authentic' smells & sounds , it is quite dark so I used the built in flash but I had to crop out the shadow made by the zoom lens on my Lumix G1. The holocaust exhibit there doesn't allow photography but it reflects the personal experiences of those caught up in this terrible event by means of audio, video and static displays of artifacts. Well worth a visit, entrance is free with a few paid for exhibits.

My grandfather fought in WW1, one of his buddies took a camera. The photos are in the Jack Turner collection.

Although not directly related, I would recommend to anyone interested in war museums the one on Okinawa. Gritty stuff.
