Tri-X 400 @ 1600

I am confused..
If i want to shoot my tri-x 400 at 1600ISO do i need to set my iso dial at 400 or 1600..
This may be a noob question but i was thinking the push process is only chemical...

Thats right, only put the ISO dial to 1600 and then push the developing.

...and if you're using a fully manual camera, be sure to select ISO 1600 on your hand held meter and adjust your aperture/shutter speed accordingly.
