I am searching för experiencies of the manual Trigger Winder. Is it worth its price? Does the lever work easy or is it sluggish?

I have a Trigger Winder. It is very useful for close action shots and indispensable if you are left master eyed. The lever is relatively smooth to operate and adds to the overall heft on the Bessa R2 I attach to. The extra heft actually helps in maintaining good balance and control when shooting in low shutter speed. 🙂

I had an R2 and Twinder for a bit. I agree with Peter's comments, though at times I took the winder off the camera due to the added weight, and I can't say that I used the winder more than the thumb lever when it was on the camera. I did find that the added weigth to the camera became an issue if you carry the cam for any period of time. I ultimately sold the Twinder and replaced it with the side grip. It gives you the grip and control of the camera without the added heft.

I think I like the trigger winder as much for its side grip and new strap lugs as for the winder itself. I like hanging the camera vertically from the lugs top & bottom at the right. I have the unit on my Bessa-T which I don't often use, so I tend to forget the trigger and use the thumb winder instead out of habit! But when I remember to use the trigger, I like it! 🙂
