Tripod Collar for Olympus OM-System F. Zuiko 300mm 4.5

I acquired an Olympus OM-System F. Zuiko 300mm 4.5.
I would like to get a tripod collar for it.
Anyone know where I could find one?

Also, the 300mm takes the same collar as the 85-250mm and the 65-116 Auto Tube.

I can't help, but have a slightly off topic question. I often see the 300/4.5 for sale. How good is it? Decent at f4.5? I'm often tempted to get one.

I haven't used it yet. I will be trying it on my m4/3 Panasonic G7.
I'm going to wait until I get the tripod collar before using it. I don't want to put the 2lb 3.5oz. lens on my camera without the tripod mount.

The 300/f4.5 is a great lens for m43. Moving from the film OMs to first the E-510, then E-M5 and finally E-M1, the 300 has always been an excellent lens. A somewhat dated web page studies most of the OM lenses from 8mm to 500mm using an E-1 (43) body:
