Anyone know where to get a tripod umbrella holder/clamp?

Don't know if such device exist but I thought a tripod was to keep a camera steady. Attaching an umbrella to a tripod would be the last thing I would do.

It's to keep my camera cover when raining.

Neat idea. Personally, I would make one. Piece of wood about 12 inches long with a hole drilled at either end and a kerf from the end into the hole. A screw across the kerfs. The hole on one end would be sized to fit on the tripod, below the head. The other hole would be sized for the umbrella handle (straight portion). The rest should be easy to imagine.
Now, I wonder if an umbrella attached to the tripod might become a big wind sail that at best introduces vibration, and worst topples the tripod during a breeze.
So....a sand bag holder. I'd make one....

I've seen a small umbrella that mounts to the camera's hot shoe -- though, now that I think about it, that's probably to keep direct sun off the camera.
