June 18th we had a "Summer Solstice Party" at my house. Featured were a lot of Trius wines, one of which, (along with one from a neighbouring winery) is featured here.

Ray: LOL! Not being a native Rochesterian, white hots are not required at my parties. And I daresay good rieslings and Bordeaux blends are a bit "overkill" for white hots! On the menu was tarragon chicken in puff pastry and a bunch of other stuff I don't recall. My wife took total control of the food, I just raided the wine cellar.
