TriX rating --> dev.times?

Hello all.
I hope you can help me with this, since I'm quite new to developing.
Last week I developed the first time a roll of TriX 400 (shot at 400) in Amaloco AM74. This took 5 minutes.

Could you tell me how to work out the development time for rating TriX at let's say ISO 100 for the AM74 developer?
That would help me a lot!

I dont think it's worth going lower than 5 minute, because it might not be sufficiently developed. How about trying low speed dev like Perceptol ?

Or I could use other film, like Ilford delta 100 oder Tmax 100 or Plus-X Pan 125... ?

I shoot my TriX at 250 now, and don't really lower my time the 10-20% people have recommended. But going to 100 could really be a problem with highlights.
