I came across this blog posting today and thought yeah.. As a gear head I know I fall into this trap 🙁

Right now there are 2-3 cameras that are on my target screen...
- new Sigma dp2 Quattro
- maybe the Fuji xt1 or whatever the xp2 ends up (still happy enough w/ my xe1/xp1)
- Sigma csc based on foveon (not likely, just a wish list item)
Outside of that.. It is really the tech merry go round... Outside of the Quattro on my buy list, I can actually just sit on the side line... Use the same philosophy I did for computers and other tech electronics. Buy every second to third year if it really worth the upgrade, otherwise not until it breaks.
