TTartisan 50mm f2 $70 and 35mm f2 APO/ASPH less than $500

So, 50/2 is all manual lens made only for mirrorless and initially for crop sensor mounts, with somehow promise, guess to make it FF later on.
In this case $79 is just a totally common price for limited capabilities lenses like this.
You could get normal lens with AF for not much more.

So, it just false alarm on non RF 50/2, we don't even really know if it is really FF lens because R and L mount supports crop mode.
And even if FF, where are cheap ones already. Like Youngo YN AF 50mm lens under $100. Absolutely nothing new here.
Canon own and totally great 50 1.8 RF is $179. With AF and MF capabilities.

And humongous 35 1.4 is, again, priced accordingly for mechanical only MIC lens.

Is that correct? The way I interpreted it is was as a full frame lens, time will tell.

TT Artisan 50mm F2 – key specs
Format: full-frame
and
The TTArtisan 50mm F2 lens is initially being launched in Fuji X, Nikon Z, Sony E and Micro Four Thirds mounts at the budget price of £79.

It's also listed on their website under 'Full Frame lenses'.

How they price their lenses I have no idea but you can ask them directly perhaps

You did not read what I wrote and understand.

It is dirt cheap, no AF, only primitive manual aperture lens. Even it is is somewhat FF it is priced accordingly for dirt cheap, slow lens which has no AF and no aperture close-open spring loaded mechanism.

I don't want it even for free.
I'd rather pay (again) for old, made in Japan Nikkor 50 1.4 lens which costs the same or less.

I was just responding to your comment that the lens was, "initially for crop sensor mounts, with somehow promise, guess to make it FF later on." as I didn't think that was necessarily true.

FWIW I have and enjoy an old made in Japan Nikkor 50 1.4 lens (they cost far more than $70 USD these days - here in Australia they do at least) and could quite happily make do with just that lens.

If this new lens is not RF coupled then they are not the same thing for sure but I do find a little amusement that the Nikkor is viewed as being a thing of great quality/mysticism but this brand new lens is not even worthy of owning for free. If someone gave me one for free I would be happy to try it. If it's small enough then scale focus 50mm lenses can be adequate. I don't have strong feelings either way, it is just a camera lens after all.

Cheap labour relative to Germany's labour market I'd imagine has a large part to do with reduced cost. Sourcing raw materials from China is less too.
TTartisans has produced lenses so far that has exceeded above their market value relative to the competition. It'd be interesting how their 35 apo compares to Voigtlander and Leicas'. Mostly like 80-90% there??

Here are some comments from Bastian of phillipreeve.net below. Besides the comical size it gets good marks.

Size and viewfinder blockage are problematic, other than that it seems to be fine (I‘m talking about the 35).

The optical viewfinder RF is an old technology, I hope someone, either Cosina or some Chinese company will make a EVF Leica M mount camera (WYSIWYG), the viewfinder blockage or close distance less than 0.7m will be not a problem, you can use Nikon 50mm f1.4 LTM down to 0.5M.

It still is a low priced lens in this day and age no matter where it is made or how so-so the quality is.

The "new" TTA 2/50 lens may not be all that new after all. It sure looks like a Vivitar, E mount, full-frame, 2/50 that has been on sale at Amazon since 2019. At the amazing low price of $69 no less.
