Well,these two may not qualify as Photo Books but they surely qualify as RF related books.
First we have NHS member,contributor,writer and Historian Mr Wes Loder's up-coming book, The Nikon Camera in America, 1946–1953, here is the link:

Those both look like great drooling material. I've been wondering lately when someone will do the definitive encyclopedia of all 35mm cameras. Nothing as in depth as these two. I'm wondering this as I'm thinking there might not be more than one or two more 35mm cameras introduced- those would be in the next few years most likely. An enormous undertaking, but what a book that would be!
I suppose it would need to be a mammoth collaboration between many people- as there are already those who know one manufacturer so well, but probably not many who have this type of knowledge about more than even two.
