Yes they do. I use bulk HP5+ and XP2 and get them both from B&H in NYC.
 
One last time: A Kodak customer support rep, a Kodak employee, looked it up in the database(s) she had available to her. This is nothing close to the way you are interpreting it. She hadn't "heard it from someone at work", then just casually, without source checking, repeated it in an offhand way.

Everyone has the right to "read between the lines", but if you can't read the lines themselves accurately, I don't see the point.

I was told a number of weeks ago at my local camera store that bulk Tri-X was no longer available when I wondered out loud why I did not see any in their film cooler.
 
Here in Brazil I read in a discussion forum that Tri-X was to be discontinued in bulk rolls. At first, I did not believe that because I thought that bulk rolls nowadays is what people are really buying. However, I had reports from 2 shops in 2 different states saying that there will be no more bulk rolls. In the third state (where I live) the salesman could not find any, but assured me that "they had already asked for more, it is just a matter of time! Come back in a week or two." No, I have not called Kodak to check that, but hearing that they are eliminating HIE, maybe the time for bulk Tri-X has also come. Hope not. It will make me feel very disappointed with Kodak.
 
This would be sad if true, and Tri-X is such a big seller for Kodak that I can't believe they would discontinue it in 100' rolls before other films. That said, I remember reading a lot of "Tri-X has been discontinued" rumours a few years back when Kodak switched to the "new" Tri-X (with a different product code). I'm wondering if the Kodak rep didn't look up the "old" Tri-X product code by mistake?
 
A local camera store owner recently told me that Kodak no longer sells PK24 slide mailers.
This is of course a lie; he doesn't carry them and wanted me to use his processing service.

Mike, Michael, those pro shops in TA doesn't sell bulks of Tri-X unfortunately (at least at the time I was inquiring), and do nto intend. The only bulks were available are of Tmax (100 or 400, don't remember), probably Neopan (not sure) and probably Plus-X.
Having said that, 2-3 weeks back FotoFiilm got a large stock of Tri-X (regular, not bulk reels), I stocked up on some 40 rolls (and also picked by bulk ot Tri-X along with Neopan 1600 as an exchange of my Velvia 100 50 4x5 sheets pack over APUG).
But Mike, I'm not sure whether FotoFilm does shipments outside Gush-Dan area, but it they do - I think 40 NIS shipment for a large pile of film (Tri-X if you want) isn't a huge permium (while they sell 36exp. roll of Tri-X at 13-15 NIS).
If you really lust after Tri-X, I'd probably, being on your place, call them up and inquired...
 
In one of my posts I said that I hoped the rep I spoke with was wrong. Since a lot of us were disappointed, if not angry at this news, I decided to fact check a little further. On Sunday I emailed a media contact listed on Kodak's website. Today I received a reply. Happily, the rep I spoke with was wrong. Here's the text of the email I received:

Earl,
Unfortunately, you were given incorrect information by our customer service rep. It's particularly unfortunate given that people feel so strongly about Tri-X and that was evidenced by the angry reaction you received when you posted the (incorrect) information online.. We are not happy either when incorrect information is given out. Please be assured we are NOT discontinuing Tri-X 35 mm in 100 ft or 50 ft and would appreciate your stating a correction ASAP online.

The following Tri-X long roll items are both active:

1067214 TX402 35MMX 100FT TRI-X 5063 WW G
8952152 TX401 35MMX50 FT TRI-X 5063 G

Thank you for your loyalty to Tri-X.​

In the meantime I'd found a source with a good price and free shipping on orders of $100 or more, (Central Camera in Chicago) so I'll be laying in at least a couple of cans.

Thankfully, it's still available. Distribution is changing, so sources may change.

Awesome! I ordered some extra cans myself, just in case. The Tri-X can join my APX 100 in the freezer. I don't ever want to be without this film.

I do hope the rep who gave the wrong information doesn't get in trouble, though. Maybe remove her name?

It would be a shame if people, seeing the thread in the list for a few days, didn't happen to check back to see the notice from what sounds like an "official" representative. The title is misleading as it's not true, we now have confirmed.

I had a lady working in a pro photo shop tell me "They don't make Tri-X anymore." If I didn't know better, I'd have believed her. What does that ignorance do to Kodak sales, since I walked out rather than buy anything other than Tri-X? It serves no positive purpose to let people believe a product they desire is no longer available.

The take-away? Anybody even remotely related to the customer or sales is not to be trusted except on paper. Or in these days, electronic communication (in some cases).

Who's the email from, BTW, so we all can see an example of someone who actually does their job? 🙂

Break out the wine glasses and brandy snifters, guys and gals...I guess Rochester really wasn't that dumb after all. Now all we have to do is convince 'em not to kill off HIE for at least the next couple o' years and we'd be set. Maybe have 'em run a batch annually, like Konica did with their 750 IR film. Just a thought...

(Hold it...the company that was making film for Konica is still cranking the stuff out. Might need to make some contacts there...)

Great sigh of relief from me! I still dont trust Kodak further than I can throw an empty filmbox! But it at least gives me some respite in stocking Tri X. Just paid for 4000ft of XX yesterday. It will arrive in a week or so. Now, a similar amount of Tri X would keep me safe for at least a year. Time to dust off the IXMOO cassettes and load up a couple of hundred of them and line up the M2's!
I have just a couple of Nikon cassettes to finish with Agfapan 400S. Not my favourite film as it scans rather badly. Lots of corrections in Lightroom to make it look decent.
