Since it's been a while since I have seen posts with this lens, I thought I'd do it.
Not long ago I got me an LTM body - a Canon 7. It was mostly to compliment a long lens - Nikkor 105/2.5. (both are great , but i'll write more about them someother time, it's about hexanon here). And I suddenly remembered that my UC-Hexanon is also an LTM lens. It usually is on my Hexar RF via M-LTM adapter and since I didnt have any other LTM camera for a while - I sort of thought of it as an "M" lens.
Well, my new "walk-around" combo is this:

So, some days ago, I had this set with me , as well as my new Konica Auto S . And here are the results - love the look UC-Hex delivers! Plus it fits very nicely on Canon 7! :

thanks for posting - been thinking about this lens for my canon P. I like the signature too. Seems pretty similar to my hexanon 35 on Hexar AF

i would have one but the prices are really high compared to the imo similar looking (lower contrast) canon 35 f2.

These looks so very very natural and beautiful, almost fresh in a retro-stylish way!!! WOW!!!

I want that pair

I want that pair

I don't like you. :D

I have 2/3 of that trio. Well, almost. A Canon VI-T and the petite UC-Hexanon. I really want a Nikkor 105/2.5. Oh, and I have a pristine Nikkor 50/1.4. ;) The 105 would complete the trio.

Someday. Maybe.

Enjoy!

PS:

Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze, I forgot all about the Nikkor 8.5cm/2.0!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess my Konica/Nikkor LTM lenses are a pretty nice trio afterall.

I need to put my 4x5 camera down for awhile and use the LTMs.

While many are wondering what Photokina will bring, I just keep using what I got - UC-Hexanon 35/2 is getting to be my very often used lens. :

Nice Krosya, I can see my Nikkor 35mm f1.8 in your wide open ones. Who needs more lens than that? (Yes, f1.2-1.4 would be nice occasionally).

Beautiful sepia pictures! This is so beautiful and inspiring that I wish to go out to photograph myself... Too bad it is nighttime here, and work tomorrow early... But I guess I am not the only one....

Here's one from last week in New Jersey

Wake up people!

Wake up people!

Krosya,

How much will it cost me to borrow your warm tone effect as illustrated above? I assume that is some voodo Phoroshop magic? I have beaten my fingers to a pulp trying to get a decent warm tone. No luck so far.

And now for something new........
