Uhhh...embedded images are missing?!!?

The image embedding icon is missing from the posting options, and even if you manually add the img tags, all you get is a hotlink.

Why is this happening? This forum lives on embedded images!!

I think it might be forum-related (?), because the option appears to be available in other forums.

You're right. It's not available here, and it isn't available in polls, either.

Is this a bug, or has it been intentionally changed?

I don't know. Probably not a bug. I think that the software would allow configuration of individual forums. The assumption might be that there is not much need to embed images in a feedback or a poll thread.
