mmm, being a bit more serious, the mobile and cable companies already (are required to?) retain recordings of all phone conversations. NOt sure about BT etc, but it wouldn't surprise me. This is the downside of the digital age - we now have the ability to monitor an awful lot about everyone and even to organise it. If that's available there are some people that will wish to use it and some of them will be in a position to do so.
It applies to all telecoms and ISPs the calls details but not its contents, yet that is; read post No12 again it wasn't intended as a joke; it was ridicule
They are afraid that the reason why cameras cost so much (specially those subversive Leicas!) is that they all contain uranium... they subverted the irradiated lenses already anyway...
