UK sites for leather?

I'm looking to replace some leather on my cameras. Any idea's on cheap websites in the UK selling leather? I'm not keen on buying from outside the country. After all, it's dead animal - there's enough of that over here!!

You'd need to talk to them about exactly what you need as they may be able to accomodate you or point you in the right direction, but I've bought plenty of boobinding supplies from Hewits ( http://www.hewit.com/ ) - nice people who are welcoming to the small-volume, amateur sales.

I haven't forgotten! Just a little busy. Hewitts are good but have "caught on" to the small market and the prices are going up.

Buy the custom cut stuff if available - saves a LOT of time. But the worse part is getting the old dressings off. Urrgh-h, that FED2 vulcanite.

Both sellers, especially Aki-Asahi are good, with his kits cheap & here in the UK usually within a week. Camera leather.com was a lot slower and more expensive, but no quibbles about the quality.

Providing you get the right thickness, cutting your own is no real problem and is much much cheaper.

A good way to get some hi Q leather is to visit a furniture shop and ask for some old samples for leather sofas i did that for my last yashica gt and a get a full set of color .
