I think is closer to Kentmere emulsion than Arista. Package is something like Ilford/Harman. I've tested both of them and Arista/Foma seems different. Kentmere is not made on 120 but I think emulsion is very similar. It was sold by Photo warehouse but it has been unavailable for months.

Yes, that's my guess also.
I did a direct comparison between Kentmere vs Ultrafine and the results are indistinguishable at least for me.
Ultrafine 100 is a very competent film, better tonality than Kentmere400 which is more contrast IMO.
 
I always thought ultra fine was in fact rebranded Kentmere. Don't use either much, but looked the same to me. Great option for MF, as we've had QC issues with Foma in MF.
