Under a cloudy sky: M8 + ZM 25mm

Here's my first effort to specifically shoot in DNG, convert with Capture One (C1) and dump into Photoshop Elements 4 as a TIF file for subsequent manipulation (PE4 is what I know best). Then I converted to JPG to upload it here. Took thirty minutes of trial and error to get this far.

Thankfully Windows was not built to be fast anyway so it's natural slowness allowed me to hum a happy tune while I waited...

Other than convert DNG, what else can I use C1 for? Helpful hints greatfully accepted...

How about .......... for basic image procesing like:
- adjusting exposure
- adjusting contrast
- adjusting saturation and other coloradjustments
- sharpening (mostly a thing of the past with M8)
- noisereduction ....
etc. etc.

have a good look at all the options🙂
