Unidentified 127 Folder Nagel Vollenda film camera

Good evening all,
I recently bought a 127 film Nagel Vollenda camera in a great condition, perfectly working, I tested it. I am frustrated as I cannot identify the model. It's the only model I've seen with two Nagel logos on the top of the shutter. If you know where I can get informations from, please let me know.

My old McKeown's guide is not very helpful. It lists a Vollenda with no model number and a '70/2', which was the upmarket version, with a Compur shutter. Both c1930-1932. Nagel was sold to Kodak AG in 1932 which confuses things. They continued to use the Vollenda name.

I'm sorry I don't know but camera seller Petrakla Classic Cameras may be able to help. They sell Nagels occasionally.

There is a "double" Nagel branded camera on the auction site presently with a 105 tessar - but not your model. At least there's another camera out there with the double brand etching.

There's a Retina and Retinette lovers page on Facebook that also covers Nagel products (given the Retina's ancestry). They have access to someone who knows a LOT about Nagel products. Hopefully he will be able to give you all the info on your lovely little camera.

Kodak Retina and Retinette Camera Lovers - I think it's a private group so you'll need to ask to be let in.

Yes, Kodak let Dr. Nagel to do whatever he wanted, but he had to put the Kodak logo on the new cameras. My camera was built before Kodak era.

It may take a little while as the Nagel expert is a non-FBer, and everything has to go via an intermediary, but he knows his stuff. I shall watch over there with interest (I'll introduce myself over there).
